With a great interest in sound synthesis and looking for more intuitive ways of visualizing sound, he conceived the initial idea for an image-based audio editing method in 1998. Combining the scientific skills gained during his research doctorate in pure mathematics, together with his experience as a software development lead, he then ellaborated the idea and has since implemented a fully-functional prototype.
Motivated by positive feedback and market interest, he decided to make Sunics commercially available.
